Shared mission
Why an association

Many of these are small, rural churches. None of them is meant to stand alone.

Bi-Fork has no traditional director of missions. Three areas, each led by its own representatives under a shared Leadership Council, carry one common vision: missions, evangelism, and Great Commission training — built on the fellowship of pastors and laity who give their best for the kingdom of God in the towns where they live.

01

Connect

Out here the next church can be thirty miles down a farm road. We link isolated congregations so no pastor and no people carry the work alone.

02

Equip

Fellowship for pastors and laity, Great Commission training, and pulpit supply when a church is between shepherds — strengthening the people already in the field.

03

Send

We pool what each church has so the association can do what none could alone: missions, evangelism, scholarships, and support for the next generation.

What we do together

Camp Chaparral

The association lends institutional support to Camp Chaparral, where the children and students of our churches meet Christ in the open country.

Vernon College BSM

We stand behind the Baptist Student Ministry at Vernon College, reaching students at a pivotal stretch of life with the gospel and a church family.

Three areas, one council

The territory is wide, so the work is divided three ways. Each area is led by representatives who know its roads, its towns, and its people.
